Marian Outpatient Centers located in Carbondale, Forest City and Waymart will no longer be providing services after Friday, December 9, 2011.  To serve our patients' needs blood work and x-rays are performed at Marian Community Hospital, 100 Lincoln Avenue, Carbondale as follows: Laboratory services 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily and imaging services 7 days a week, 24 hours daily.
